From "Cycle soupwala" to "Sagar Gaire"



We often find ourselves chilling out at fast food outlets and it is our favorite hangout location. But how often do we wonder that what led to the foundation of the food corner? Sagar Gaire is one of the best  fast food joints in Bhopal and the most successful one with many other branches in the city; TT nagar, Ayodhya Nagar, 10. No, Arera, Habib Ganj etc.. This food joint is known to serve the best fast food in Bhopal and no one can beat it, they offer wide variety of delicious mouth watering food.




Dolraj Gaire, the founder was brought up in Nepal and migrated to India where he was a school dropout and he did difficult jobs for his survival., he did struggle a lot. He spent days on footpath having no place to reside starving.


Cooking has always been his hobby and he always dreamt of starting his own business. On a very fine day he decided to sell soup by travelling one place to another through his bicycle and carrying a steel container filled with soup at Rs. 5. No one gave him support rather they made fun of him and discouraged him.



As time passed by he increased the varieties of soup he offered and decided to finally settle at a place rather than wandering distances. This decision proved to be extremely beneficial for him and this increased his income. Furthermore he adjudicated and added Sandwich and Biryani to his menu.  His hard work made him an established food outlet in India and as time passed by, he kept on increasing more food items in his list.
 


Dolraj purchased the shop he took on rent and expanded his food outlet to other parts of the city. He believes that we should always put our best with dedication and hard work, there is no shortcut for success. The kind of dedication Dolraj has is an inspiration for al of us in being motivated towards achieving our goals. It was only his determination and strong will power to succeed and establish his own food business that led him to what he is today.
