Students actively participate to cherish diversity at Balrang



Balrang initiated with the prospect of nurturing and exhibiting talents is an epitome of unity and diversity at Indira Gandhi Rashriya Manav Sanghralaya. During three day celebration, students from 26 diverse states congregate with the drive to carry the message of strength and cultural diversity, share talent as well as learn from each other.

Various stalls of states presented by school children add feathers. They consist of models of tourist attractions, paper mâché art, cuisines, desserts, dance, embroidery, jewellery etc. The exquisite culture was cherished and appreciated.


Mrs. Rajni Kharya, Principal, Govt. Maharanapratap Hr. Sec. School representing Kashmir stall said that, Balrang is the best platform to develop and enhance our ethnicity. It not only facilitates effective bonding, but also amplifies cultural exchange. 

Furthermore, School stalls with themes like save forest, Clean India, Heritage MP, career counselling, safe childhood etc. resulted in creating awareness. Dr. Veronica, Principal highschool, Barkheda believes that, these opportunities are crucial for students cultural, physical, mental, and educational as well as all round development and awareness.


Teams of different schools participating in the stalls were equally overwhelmed and enthralled to exposit talent. . The electrifying traditional dance performance entertained and cheered the crowd. It is alluring to witness such a discrete yet enticing integrity.
